IFF Housing is an affordable housing initiative in Illinois that operates as a one-stop shop for finance and development services.

We work with nonprofit and for-profit developers, government agencies, and social service providers involved in the development of affordable housing projects. IFF Housing operates on multiple levels, serving as:

• A strategic link between housing developers and government agencies,
• A source for deals,
• A finance consultant,
• A client representative and project manager,
• An affordable housing lender, or
• A special initiatives leader.
