About IFF
Early Childhood Construction Grant (ECCG) Program
Technical Assistance Webinar

The Early Childhood Construction Grant Program (ECCG) will provide individual grants of up to $5 million to fund the construction, expansion, rehabilitation, and acquisition of early childhood facilities in underserved areas of the state of Illinois. Eligible applicants include private nonprofit providers of education, health, social or child development services, as well as public school districts. The Illinois Capital Development Board (CDB) will give priority to applicants that target communities with the "greatest underserved population of young children". In addition, the program requires a matching contribution of 10 percent.  The deadline to apply is November 30, 2011.

This complimentary 90-minute webinar, hosted by the Governor's Office of Early Childhood Development and led by IFF experts in early childhood education facilities planning, will offer guidance for early care and education providers interested in applying for the ECCG program.
