Facility-Related Loan
IFF’s standard facility-related loan ranges from $10,000 to $1.5 million and covers:
- Facility Acquisition
- Construction
- Renovation/Rehabilitation
- Leasehold Improvements
- Refinancing to Expand Programming
Facility Improvement Loan
Starting at $10,000, the facility improvement loan is available for maintenance and improvement purposes, including:
- Roof Repair
- New Windows
- Building/ADA Code Repairs
- HVAC System
Equipment And Vehicle Loan
The equipment and vehicle loan starts at $10,000 and is available for the following uses:
- Computers
- Furnishings
- Medical Equipment
- Service-Oriented Vehicle
Charter School Loan
Charter schools with facility projects can obtain $10,000 to $1.5 million in financing for the following purposes:
- Acquisition
- Construction
- Renovation/Rehabilitation
- Leasehold Improvements
- Equipment
Affordable Housing Loan: Predevelopment
Nonprofit development organizations or sponsor agencies can obtain up to $500,000 of financing for predevelopment projects relating to:
- Acquisition
- Construction
- Renovation/Rehabilitation
- For single-family or multi-family homes
Affordable Housing Loan: Construction and/or Permanent
Nonprofit development organizations or sponsor agencies can obtain up to $1,500,000 of financing for:
- Acquisition
- Construction
- Renovation/Rehabilitation
