IFF Housing is a statewide affordable housing initiative. Working with or for local government, for-profit and nonprofit partners, IFF focuses on production and innovative financing.

As a fully integrated housing finance and development initiative, IFF Housing tailors solutions to the needs of each project. From bridge loans and permanent financing to consulting services, IFF provides expertise and access to capital

The Initiative is focused on:

Preservation IFF will recapitalize existing developments—subsidized and non-subsidized—that may be lost or that need deferred maintenance.

New Development IFF will undertake new construction or rehabilitation to serve families with children, single adults and seniors, particularly targeting communities with jobs and good access to public transit.

Homeownership  IFF will increase affordable homeownership opportunities for working families.
